Our Guarantee of Customer Support
In order to satisfy our customer delivery requirements and guarantee our customer support we have implemented a 2 stage safety program.
We carry a minimum of 4 months stock in our Sydney warehouse to insure on time delivery at any given month.
We carry a minimum of 1 week’s safety stock in our Melbourne location as emergency just in case our customers have additional order requirements that are needed.
Certification
We are always striving to excel in our quality control systems at the manufacturing end and despatch; this is why we are implementing ISO 9001:2008 and we will continuously keep making improvements.
